These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between mamk24 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at mamk24.cam (hereinafter "the Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of mamk24, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close any account you hold with mamk24. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an Account with mamk24, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any service on the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by mamk24 from time to time.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as agent for, any third party when placing bets or making deposits on the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mamk24 or any affiliated entity.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements and not be subject to any legal incapacity.
• You must hold a valid and verifiable payment method that is registered in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. mamk24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify mamk24 immediately via the live chat support channel. mamk24 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, mamk24 reserves the right to require full KYC verification. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and where applicable, a selfie holding the photo ID. Standard verification is completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. mamk24 reserves the right to levy a monthly administrative fee of MYR 50 on dormant accounts where a positive balance exists, applied each calendar month the Account remains inactive, until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

mamk24 currently accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum MYR 20, maximum MYR 50,000 per transaction
• Boost eWallet — minimum MYR 20, maximum MYR 30,000 per transaction
• GrabPay — minimum MYR 20, maximum MYR 20,000 per transaction
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all participating financial institutions) — minimum MYR 50, maximum MYR 500,000 per transaction
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum MYR 50, maximum MYR 100,000 per transaction
• USDT TRC20 — minimum MYR 100, no maximum (subject to review for large amounts)

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal and potential Account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX transactions during normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving financial institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 30 minutes subject to blockchain network conditions.

mamk24 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are identified as requiring additional verification. Such reviews may extend processing times beyond the standard timeframes stated above.

5.3 Currency

The primary transactional currency on the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, bonus values, and transaction records are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion for cryptocurrency deposits is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

mamk24 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific promotion-level terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each eligible promotion or bonus may be claimed only once per User, household, device, or IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement) may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be forfeited.
• Wagering on certain game categories (including but not limited to: live dealer games, low-margin table games, or specific sports markets) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• mamk24 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate any bonus offer — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, abnormal betting patterns, or hedging strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users who complete KYC verification and make a qualifying first deposit within the specified period. mamk24's current welcome offer terms are set out on the Homepage and may be updated periodically.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mamk24 — whether on sports markets including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or other events, or on casino and live dealer games — are governed by these Terms and the applicable Game Rules for each individual game or market. By placing a bet, the User accepts the current odds or game conditions at the time of placement as final.

mamk24 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or in circumstances where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market page and may be adjusted at the discretion of mamk24 without prior notice. VIP-tier players may be eligible for customised bet limits as part of their loyalty package.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play / live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and temporary suspension during key match events. mamk24 accepts no responsibility for bets placed at odds that have since been revised due to a live event trigger (e.g., goal, red card, injury). All live bets are final once confirmed by the system.

7.4 Game Malfunction

In the event of a malfunction, interruption, or technical failure during a game session, the round in progress shall be declared void and the staked amount returned to the User. mamk24's technical logs constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes in the event of a dispute.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any User found to have engaged in the following activities may have their Account immediately suspended, all funds (real-money balance and bonus funds) forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent deposit transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorised payment reversals.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the appropriate authorities pursuant to applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live table games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false identity information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Threats & abuse: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

mamk24 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following player protection tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net losses permitted over a defined period. The system will suspend further betting once the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided by Users in connection with their use of the Platform is governed by mamk24's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to: account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communications regarding your Account and applicable promotions.

mamk24 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the User. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to: the mamk24 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mamk24 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mamk24.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mamk24 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

mamk24's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

mamk24 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by telecommunications failures, internet outages, third-party system failures, or force majeure events beyond mamk24's reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time. A User may close their Account voluntarily by contacting mamk24 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method following standard KYC checks.

mamk24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Determination that an Account is operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon termination for breach, mamk24 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding regulatory review.

mamk24 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mamk24 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The version date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of their current obligations and rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under mamk24's international licensing framework. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out herein.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, any dispute between a User and mamk24 should be raised directly with mamk24's customer support team via live chat. mamk24 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly, typically within five (5) business days of a dispute being formally raised.

15.2 Escalation

If a User is not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, they may escalate the matter in writing to mamk24's compliance team at the email address provided in Section 16. mamk24 will provide a final written determination within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the escalated complaint.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
